Ingredients
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup baby carrots
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp avocado oil spray
Optional: 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
Wash and completely dry all vegetables.
Slice into uniform sizes for even cooking.
Spray with avocado oil and toss with spices.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F if needed.
Layer vegetables evenly in the basket.
Cook for 8-15 minutes depending on veggie type. Shake halfway.
Check doneness, adjust flavor, and serve hot or store for later.
