Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. While the water heats, sauté garlic in olive oil or butter over medium-low heat until just golden.

3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until skins blister slightly. Add chili flakes if desired.

4. Drop angel hair into the boiling water. Stir immediately and cook for 2–3 minutes.

5. Transfer pasta directly to the sauté pan using tongs.

6. Toss pasta and ingredients together, using pasta water as needed to loosen sauce.

7. Finish with herbs and cheese. Serve immediately.

Notes
