Ingredients
1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: lemon zest or lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat asparagus dry and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the asparagus.
Roast for 12–15 minutes until tender and golden.
Optional: garnish with lemon zest or fresh lemon juice before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle panko before baking.
