Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
400g pasta of choice
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
In a blender, combine avocados, garlic, basil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
Drain pasta and toss with avocado sauce.
Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Use extra olive oil to maintain creaminess.
Store sauce separately if preparing in advance.
