Ingredients

3 ripe Hass avocados
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions
Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash to your preferred consistency.
Mix lime juice and salt into the mashed avocados.
Fold in cilantro, tomatoes, and red onion.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy with tortilla chips or as a topping.
