A creamy, soft fudge made with ripe bananas, white chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk for a rich, Southern-inspired treat.

Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

2 cups white chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla powder (alcohol-free)

Optional: 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Mash the bananas until smooth.

In a saucepan, melt sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips over low heat.

Add mashed bananas, salt, and vanilla powder.

Optionally, stir in butter for a silkier texture.

Pour into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan.

Refrigerate for 60 minutes until set.

Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

For deeper flavor, roast bananas before mashing.

Store chilled in an airtight container.

Freezes well up to 2 months.
