These healthy bars blend pitted dates, peanut butter, and oats into chewy, naturally sweet squares perfect for snacks or dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Shredded coconut or cocoa (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Blend dates and oats together in a food processor until they form a sticky paste.
Add peanut butter and cinnamon, pulsing until smooth.
Line a square pan with parchment paper and press the mixture into an even layer.
Chill for 90 minutes or until firm.
Slice into squares and top with shredded coconut or a dusting of cocoa if desired.
