Ingredients

2 cups fresh blackberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup mint leaves
Instructions
Rinse blackberries and set aside to dry.
In a saucepan, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes until thickening.
Stir in mint leaves just before serving.
