Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

6 oz brie cheese (cut into cubes, rind on)

Cranberry sauce or hot pepper jelly

Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.

2. Roll out thawed puff pastry, then cut into 2-inch squares.

3. Gently press each square into a muffin cup.

4. Add one cube of brie to each—it’s okay to leave the rind on!

5. Spoon in about ½ teaspoon of your preferred topping.

6. Sprinkle with herbs or crushed nuts if using.

7. Bake for 13–15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.

8. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a toothpick to gently lift bites without breaking the crust.
