Ingredients

Scale

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed in refrigerator)

6 oz brie cheese (rind-on or off)

½ cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)

1 tbsp chopped rosemary or thyme (optional)

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.

2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Press into mini muffin cups.

3. Cut brie into ½-inch cubes. Remove rind if desired.

4. Add a cube of brie to each pastry cup. Top with 1 tsp cranberry sauce.

5. Sprinkle with nuts and herbs if using.

6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is bubbly.

7. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the cups to prevent overflow.

Spray your muffin tin to ensure easy release.

Let the bites sit a few minutes after baking for better texture.

Variations: Try fig jam, hot honey, or goat cheese.

Pairs beautifully with dry cider, sparkling wine, or mocktails.
