Rich, flaky, and festive, these Brie Cranberry Bites combine creamy brie, tart cranberry sauce, and golden puff pastry in an easy, elegant appetizer perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed in refrigerator)
6 oz brie cheese (rind-on or off)
½ cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
1 tbsp chopped rosemary or thyme (optional)
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Press into mini muffin cups.
3. Cut brie into ½-inch cubes. Remove rind if desired.
4. Add a cube of brie to each pastry cup. Top with 1 tsp cranberry sauce.
5. Sprinkle with nuts and herbs if using.
6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is bubbly.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the cups to prevent overflow.
Spray your muffin tin to ensure easy release.
Let the bites sit a few minutes after baking for better texture.
