Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies swirled with luscious caramel for the ultimate decadent dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla powder (no alcohol)
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
¾ cup caramel sauce
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8 baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add cocoa, eggs, and vanilla powder. Mix until well-blended.
Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
Spread half the batter in the pan. Drizzle with caramel. Top with remaining batter and gently swirl.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
Cool fully before slicing to maintain gooey texture.
Notes
Use room temperature caramel to prevent sinking.
Add sea salt flakes on top before baking for a salted caramel version.
Freeze any extras tightly wrapped for up to 3 months.
