Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
Trim and rinse cauliflower; cut into uniform florets.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated.
Spread florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
Drizzle with lemon juice and top with parsley before serving.
