Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
4 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Bake for 55 minutes, then let cool in the oven with the door ajar.

Let the cheesecake cool gradually to prevent cracking.
