Description

A creamy and spicy corn dip that combines fresh corn, jalapenos, and cheddar cheese for the perfect appetizer.


Ingredients

3 cups fresh, canned, or frozen corn

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced jalapenos

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 cup diced onions

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Dice the onions and jalapenos, mince the garlic.

In a bowl, mix corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, jalapenos, garlic, lime juice, onions, salt, and pepper.

Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro if desired.
