Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly, then pat dry completely.
Optional: Remove chickpea skins for extra crispiness.
Toss chickpeas in oil, salt, and seasonings until well coated.
Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes, stir, then roast an additional 15–20 minutes.
Turn off oven and let chickpeas sit inside for 10 mins for extra dry crunch.
Cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
