Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, sliced
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
A dash of lemon juice
Instructions
Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers.
In a blender, combine cucumbers, Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Serve chilled for best flavor.
Substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option.
