Description
A warm, comforting dip made with artichokes, spinach, cheese and a kick of jalapeño—perfect for gatherings or weeknight snacks.
Ingredients
1 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
½ cup halal cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated halal-certified parmesan
¾ cup halal sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small jalapeño, finely diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté garlic and jalapeños until fragrant.
Add spinach and a pinch of salt; cook until wilted.
In a bowl, mix cheeses, yogurt, and veggies.
Fold in chopped artichokes.
Spoon into oven-safe dish and bake 18–20 min until bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 2 minutes for golden top.
Cool for 5 min before serving.
Notes
For less heat, remove jalapeño seeds completely.
Excellent paired with pita chips, toasted baguette, or vegetables.
