Description
A quick and easy air fryer recipe featuring crispy broccoli and golden chickpeas seasoned with garlic and warm spices.
Ingredients
1 medium head of broccoli, broken into florets
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and patted dry
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: red chili flakes
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, combine broccoli, chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve hot with lemon and chili flakes as desired.
Notes
For crispier broccoli, ensure florets are dry before seasoning.
