These juicy turkey burgers are loaded with flavor and easy to make on the stovetop or in the oven—no grill required.
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Burger buns or lettuce wraps
Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Form into four patties about ¾-inch thick. Let rest 5 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high. Grease lightly and cook patties 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Top with your favorite cheese and serve on buns with toppings or wrapped in lettuce.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey with chicken, beef, or a plant-based alternative.
Add jalapeños or chopped mushrooms to the mix for added moisture and flavor.
