Description

A delicious and quick one-pan chicken dish with a sticky honey garlic glaze. Perfect for weeknights and easy on cleanup.


Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

3 tablespoons honey

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon cornstarch

Salt and fresh black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a non-stick or cast iron pan over medium heat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper; add to skillet and sear for 5–6 minutes per side.

In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch.

Pour mixture into pan and allow it to simmer and thicken for about 4 minutes.

Flip chicken once more to coat evenly in sauce.

Garnish and serve immediately with rice or veggies.

Notes

Substitute agave for honey if desired.

Double the sauce ingredients for extra glaze.
