Description

Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup neutral oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
½ cup oat milk
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Optional toppings: buttercream frosting, sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin.
Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients separately.
Mix wet into dry gently.
Pour into liners two-thirds full.
Bake 18–22 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and decorate after fully cooled.

Store in airtight container to retain moisture.
