Ingredients
1 cup cooked white or brown rice
1 can tuna, drained
1/2 cup diced cucumbers
1/3 cup kimchi
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp tamari or coconut aminos
Instructions
Warm rice if needed using a microwave or rice cooker.
Drain tuna and lightly flake it in a mixing bowl.
Dice cucumbers and prepare kimchi.
Layer rice in a serving bowl, then top with tuna, cucumbers, and kimchi.
In a small jar, mix tahini with tamari and 1-2 tsp water until smooth.
