Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup dairy-free cream cheese
1/2 cup halal ranch dressing or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Shred the chicken if it’s not already done.
In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch until smooth.
Fold in cheese and transfer mixture to a baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until bubbling.
Top with green onions or parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute shredded chicken with mashed chickpeas.
