Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Spread beans on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 10–12 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
Sprinkle lemon zest over beans immediately after baking and serve hot.

Use fresh green beans for best texture.
