Description

A nostalgic no-bake dessert layering graham crackers, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and chocolate frosting. Tastes like a bakery eclair without the oven or fuss.

Ingredients

Scale

Approximately 3 sleeves graham crackers

Two 3.5-oz boxes vanilla instant pudding mix

3 cups whole milk

8 oz tub Cool Whip (or stabilized whipped cream)

1 container chocolate frosting (store-bought or homemade ganache)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

2. Fold in Cool Whip gently until smooth.

3. In a 9×13-inch dish, create a single layer of graham crackers.

4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.

5. Add another layer of graham crackers.

6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer.

7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.

8. Microwave chocolate frosting (lid and foil removed) for 30 seconds, stir, then spread over the top.

9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Notes

Optional add-ins: crushed Reese’s, banana pudding, sliced strawberries, caramel drizzle.

Use sugar-free or dairy-free substitutes for a healthier version.

Wipe knife between slices for clean cuts.
