3 large eggs

Instructions
Place flour on a clean surface, create a well and crack eggs into it.
Whisk eggs with a fork, gradually incorporating the flour.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Let dough rest for 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into preferred shapes.
Boil a pot of salted water, cook pasta for 2-3 minutes.
