Ingredients
2 cups cooked diced chicken breast
1.5 cups broccoli florets
1 cup diced carrots
1 small chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup (halal)
0.5 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
0.25 tsp paprika
0.5 cup uncooked rice or pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes.
Let cool and serve warm.
Notes
Use finely shredded vegetables to blend with sauce for picky eaters.
