1 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1¼ cups Granulated Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
¾ cup Unsweetened Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder
¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
3 large Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla bean
½ teaspoon Salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter and chocolate chips together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until glossy.
4. Stir melted chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
5. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
6. Add vanilla bean, mix lightly, and pour batter into prepared pan.
