Description
These crispy game day wings are baked or air-fried to perfection and served with bold sauces like buffalo, BBQ, or gochujang honey glaze.
Ingredients
2 lb chicken wings, split and tips removed
1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp oil (avocado or vegetable)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F or set air fryer to 400°F.
Dry wings with paper towels completely.
Mix baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
Toss dried wings with the spice mix. Add oil and coat evenly.
Place wings in a single layer on wire rack or in air fryer basket.
Bake or air fry for 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Optional: Toss in sauce and broil for 3 additional minutes.
Notes
Finish wings under broiler to caramelize sauce.
Make ahead and reheat at 425°F for 10 minutes on game day.
