Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced or smashed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
Instructions
Smash or mince garlic and let it sit for 2 minutes.
Mix garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Whisk until well blended or use an immersion blender for a smoother texture.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
