Description

Ingredients

16 oz baby spinach, washed and dried

6 garlic cloves, minced

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt to taste

Crushed red pepper (optional)

Half lemon, for finishing (optional)


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add spinach and toss gently to coat in the garlic oil.

Cook for 6–8 minutes until wilted but still green.

Season with salt and optional red pepper flakes.

Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon.

Notes

Do not overcook; remove from heat once spinach wilts.
