1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions
Start by cooking quinoa according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly before mixing.
Combine quinoa, black beans, diced red bell pepper, and lime juice in a bowl.
Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat, spoon the mixture onto each tortilla, and gently fold or roll them up.
Cut each wrap into small sections for easy handling and serve them on a platter.
