Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
4 oz brie cheese, cubed
¼ cup cranberry sauce
Fresh rosemary (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Lightly grease your mini muffin pan.
3. Roll out your thawed puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
4. Gently press each square into the muffin tin.
5. Add a cube of brie to each pastry shell. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
6. Bake for 13–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
7. Garnish with a pinch of fresh rosemary and serve warm.
Notes
Double the batch and reheat extras in the toaster oven the next day—just be sure they reach 165°F.
Optional: Try swapping cranberry sauce for fig jam or cherry preserves for a new flavor twist.
