Ingredients
2 tablespoons ground coffee (or instant espresso)
6 ounces filtered hot water
Ice cubes
1/4 cup milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
Optional add-ins: cinnamon, cocoa powder, vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
Instructions
Brew coffee using hot water.
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice.
Pour the hot coffee over the ice.
Add milk and sweetener of your choice.
Stir to combine and taste. Adjust milk or sweetener as desired.
Top with cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired.
Notes
For stronger flavor, double the amount of coffee grounds.
