Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
3 jalapeños (roasted or fresh, finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
3. Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, chopped jalapeños, lime juice, and smoked paprika.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish or small cast-iron skillet.
5. Bake uncovered for 18–20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
6. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
7. Serve with chips, veggies, or as a topping for burgers.
Notes
For a milder version, use canned green chilies instead of jalapeños.
Add turkey bacon or corn for a fun twist.
Serve warm in a slow cooker or fondue pot to keep it melty.
Refrigerate leftovers up to 5 days or freeze unbaked for later.
