Ingredients
Scale
1 bunch kale, chopped
8 oz pasta of choice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop kale and mince garlic.
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain.
Sauté garlic and tomatoes in olive oil; add kale.
Toss cooked pasta with kale mixture; season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve hot.
