Description
Bright, zesty lemon truffles made with white chocolate, cream, and fresh lemon zest. This no-bake treat is creamy, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon zest
½ tsp pure lemon extract (alcohol-free)
2/3 cup crushed vanilla cookies
Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt white chocolate with heavy cream over low heat while stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest and extract.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and mix in crushed cookies.
Chill for 30 minutes until firm enough to scoop.
Form into small balls using a truffle baller.
Roll truffles in powdered sugar or shredded coconut.
Chill again for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use dairy-free chocolate and coconut cream for a vegan version.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 6 weeks.
