Description
Delicious phyllo cup appetizers filled with warm Brie and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for make-ahead party prep.
Ingredients
24 mini phyllo shells
6 oz Brie cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
2 tbsp crushed pistachios (optional)
Fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line baking sheet with mini phyllo shells.
Cut Brie into ¾-inch cubes and place one cube into each cup.
Top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Optional: sprinkle with pistachios or chopped fresh rosemary.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melty and edges golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving or allow to cool completely and refrigerate for later reheat.
Notes
Easy to reheat in preheated oven at 300°F for 5 minutes.
Store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
