Ingredients
8 whole hot dogs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)
Mustard or ketchup (for eyes)
1 egg, beaten (optional for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F).
2. Unroll crescent dough and cut into ¼-inch strips.
3. Wrap strips around hot dogs, leaving a gap for the face.
4. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Brush with egg wash if desired.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
7. Dot the face with mustard or ketchup for eyes.
