Ingredients
2 cups mini pretzels, crushed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
2. Stir in crushed pretzels until evenly coated. Add chopped peanuts now if using.
3. Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until firm.
5. Optional: Drizzle with melted white chocolate or sprinkle sea salt before setting.
Notes
Use parchment or silicone mats for easy release.
Adjust the sweet-salty ratio by using darker chocolate or unsalted pretzels.
