Description
A rich and comforting noodle bowl made with garlic butter, cream, and halal steak strips for the perfect weeknight meal.
Ingredients
8 oz wide egg noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 minced garlic cloves
8 oz steak strips
½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
¼ cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Optional: chili flakes for spice
Instructions
Cook noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
Heat olive oil in skillet and sear steak for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in same pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in cream and broth. Simmer gently 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return steak and noodles to pan. Toss and add pasta water as needed.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
Swap steak with sautéed mushrooms for vegetarian option.
