Ingredients
3 ripe peaches, sliced thinly
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup sliced almonds or walnuts
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup red onions, sliced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients by slicing peaches and red onions.
