Description

A tangy and refreshing summer drink that combines the bold bite of dill pickle juice with the crisp citrus of fresh lemon. It’s salty, sweet, and surprisingly addictive—perfect for hot afternoons or adventurous sips.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup dill pickle juice

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 45 lemons)

1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)

2 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Lemon wheels or pickle slices (for garnish)

Fresh dill sprigs (optional)

Instructions

1. Juice the lemons and strain to remove seeds.

2. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, water, and pickle juice.

3. Add sugar gradually and stir until fully dissolved.

4. Taste and adjust for sweetness or saltiness.

5. Add plenty of ice.

6. Garnish with lemon wheels, pickle slices, or fresh dill.

7. Serve chilled or refrigerate until ready.

Notes

Use low-sodium pickle juice for a heart-healthier option.

You can substitute sugar with honey or a sugar-free sweetener.

Great as a post-workout rehydration drink or a party conversation starter.

Pairs well with fried foods and grilled dishes.
