Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
2 carrots
100g cheddar cheese
100g gouda cheese
100g feta cheese
1 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and bake until golden (about 15 minutes).
Slice cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrot sticks uniformly.
Cut cheeses into cubes.
Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic into a food processor to make hummus.
