This 20-minute stir-fry is packed with garlic, honey, and easy-to-love flavors. Perfect for weeknight dinners with minimal prep and maximum taste.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Sesame seeds for topping (optional)
Cooked jasmine rice or quinoa (optional)
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add diced chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through (5-6 min).
Add garlic, broccoli, and red bell pepper. Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until just-tender.
Mix honey and soy sauce. Pour over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat.
Add cornstarch slurry, stir, and simmer for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
Serve over jasmine rice or quinoa. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for richer flavor.
Replace broccoli with zucchini, green beans, or chopped cabbage.
