No-Chill Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Description

Quick and easy chocolate chunk cookies made with simple ingredients in under 20 minutes. No dough chilling required!


Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract (alcohol-free)

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup chocolate chunks


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.

In a bowl, mix melted butter with sugars until smooth.

Add egg and vanilla, whisk well until creamy.

Fold flour, baking soda, and salt into the mixture.

Stir in chocolate chunks evenly.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet.

Bake for 12–14 minutes until the edges turn golden.

Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep the centers soft.

For extra chew, add an extra tablespoon of brown sugar.
