Ingredients

2 skin-on salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the fillets skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes undisturbed.

Flip the fillets, add garlic and lemon juice to the pan.

Cook for another 4–5 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
