Ingredients
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions

Mix raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Combine flour and cold butter, then slowly add cold water to form dough.
