Ingredients
12 oz Rice Pasta
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 cup Fresh Basil
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil and add the rice pasta. Cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
Drain the pasta, reserving some pasta water. Combine pasta with the tomato mixture and toss. Add reserved water if needed for consistency.
Finish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Enhance flavors by adding freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
