Description
An easy and flavorful weeknight salmon recipe featuring a sticky honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (skin-on, 6 oz each)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Black pepper to taste
Optional: sliced green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
Pat salmon dry and season with black pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Place salmon skin-side down. Cook 4–5 minutes until skin crisps.
Flip gently and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Add honey and soy sauce. Simmer 4–5 more minutes.
Squeeze lemon juice over salmon and spoon sauce over fillets.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
Notes
Use tamari for a gluten-free option.
Perfect with rice, noodles, or steamed veggies.
